This was an insanely helpful podcast. Thank you Heidi and Maria for putting this together. I was really struggling with converting inquiries into sales, and have had a lot of the inquiries where potential clients only want the date the price. I was starting to become frustrated with not being able to convert these inquiries into sales. Now I’m like, “Oooh.” I love the idea of educating the potential client because it’s her first time shopping for a service like mine. Make so much sense now, and I was making changes to my website as I was listening.
